EVANGELISM AND OUTREACH MINISTRIES

Evangelism Ministry:
The Evangelism Ministry is how we share the love of God with those who
are seeking. This ministry includes the worship service prayer
counseling team, encourager team, the Homecoming Celebration, and the
Open Door.
Global Ministry:
The
Global Ministry Team is raising awareness of international missions
efforts that bring messages of hope to a lost and hurting world.
We offer support to short- and long-term missionaries, coordinate
missions trips and provide global outreach education.
Jail and Prison Ministry:
Volunteer teams minister the Word of God in group-settings at various
detention facilities throughout the Flagler County area on a weekly
basis. One-on-one visits are also available upon request.
Homeless Ministry:
The Homeless Ministry reaches out to those in need of food, shelter and
other basic necessities in our own community. Through this
ministry we offer meals, resources, fellowship and prayer.
Hospital Visitation:
Prayer Partners are eager to share the Word of God concerning health and
healing and are equipped to pray in faith for members of our church
family in their time of need.
Strategic Partnerships:
The
Strategic Partnerships Ministry seeks to build solid relationships
with, and provide assistance to, community-based organizations.
This ministry also identifies opportunities for the body of Christ to
reach out and serve others in need.

The
purpose of this ministry is to encourage new and rededicating believers
to grow in Christ by spending daily time in the Bible and prayer and by
taking part in ministries where they can find fellowship with other
believers. Encouragers can also provide a listening ear to the questions
and concerns of counselees.
Following are the steps taken by the Safety Net team when a decision for Christ is made:
1) Assignment of New or Rededicating Believer: The team coordinator, will contact you to let
you know about the person you will be encouraging. Upon identifying that person, be in
prayer for them.
2) Follow-up phone call: As soon as possible call the person you are assigned. In the phone call:
a) Introduce yourself as a member of the KPCC Safety Net team
b) Reinforce the significance of their decision for Christ
c) Talk over any concerns or questions they may have
d) Encourage them to:
e) Take the essential step of deepening their one on one relationship with God by spending
daily time in the Bible and prayer.
